The skinny straps and lighter colors give this Teva a feminine look. Right now I'm keeping mine clean and using them for casual wear but it's good knowing that in a pinch I could wear them hiking, sailing, or tossing a frisbee on the beach. For high performance outdoor activities, I prefer the Teva open toachi (all around) and the Teva dozer (hiking on uneven terrain ).

These are excellent shoes. I wore them for the first time right out of the box on a 3 mile walk. I had no problems at all.

Just what I was looking for. I wear a 9 normally, and ordered an 8.5 b/c that's all they had, but they fit great! Initially it rubbed across the top of my ankle, but I learned to simply fasten the strap looser. Problem solved. Wore them to Las Vegas, mowing the lawn, the store, washing the car...they are comfy and versatile.

The Teva design seems to be perfect for my arch. True to size, high quality construction meant no bumps on the straps to rub blisters. I wore them with light weight socks the first day and was not plagued with the pain at the ball of my foot that has had me discarding one athletic shoe after another. I bought a second pair as no other shoe of the many in my closet is as comfortable, barefoot or with a sock for all day wear.

This is the second pair of Teva's I have bought (my other color is orange). I have great difficulty finding shoes that I can wear comfortably and this style is great. In fact, my only complaint is that you really have to wash them after every use ... but at least I can walk in them without pain.
