Amazon.com Product Description The O'Neill Men's Skins Long Sleeve Crew brings you rash and total sun protection in a lightweight, stretchy, and quick drying garment that will wear like a second skin on the water. With UPF of 50+ you will not have to leave the water to reapply sunscreen, and the 4-way stretch, quick dry fabric is designed to withstand the rigors of the surf and sea. Flatloc seam construction, ergonomic seam placement, and tagless collar ensure zero abrasion comfort and are ideal for high-intensity swimming and paddling. The crew is detailed with a board short connector loop at the front bottom center as well as signature O'Neill lettering and emblem. The great style lines, high-performance construction, and wearable comfort of the Men's Skins Long Sleeve Crew are emblematic of the more than half a century that O'Neill has been creating top quality surf gear. About O'Neill Sometime around 1952, Jack O'Neill opened the first surf shop in a garage across the Great Highway. He shaped a few balsa surfboards and sold accessories like paraffin wax and few vests (glued together from neoprene). When the vests started selling, Jack decided to go into the wetsuit business. His friends laughed. They asked him what he planned to do for business after the handful of surfers in the area had bought one. Jack said he'd cross that bridge when he got to it.

rashguard/sunguard July 26, 2010 James Michael Marentette When ordering be sure to order 2 sizes above if you want a comfortable "snug" fit. I am a man 6'2" and 220 pounds with athletic build and 2 sizes above normal size was perfect "snug" fit. Does tremendous job blocking sun. Have used it 4 entire weekends in copious amount of sun with no stinging sun burn after. Buy two if you can find 2 sizes above your normal. All brands are made small for tight fit. I bought XXXL and it fits perfect. Everyday shirts I am XL.
My first and the best April 7, 2010 Rajendra P. Vullakula (Chicago, IL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my first I am a medium guy who is 170 lb and 5' 11'', bought XL after reading reviews and they are absolutely right. Thanks for Amazon and reviewers. I bought Blue and it is fits me well and works well too.
Sizes run EXTREMELY small December 31, 2009 Amber Davis (Atlanta, GA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this shirt for my husband, who normally wears a medium. I heard these ran small, so I ordered a large. When he tried it on, he could barely breathe it was so tight. I had return it and order an XL, which is still extremely snug, but at least allows him to get oxygen. (In case you were wondering, he is six foot one and weighs 160--not an XL sized guy.) Other than the inconvenience of having to return my purchase, we are happy with the shirt. It seems well constructed and the color is nice.
keeps the sun off, and it looks great October 3, 2009 Spire (fargo, nd) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased the o'neill skins long sleeve rash guard so i didn't have to wear so much sunscreen. now i only have to wear sunscreen on my face, neck, and hands. the shirt is rated to be SPF 55+, which is more than enough. i wear the rash guard when i'm fishing, going to the beach, or wakeboarding. Although the shirt feels a bit tight at first, it is comfortable to wear all day, and movement is only slightly restricted. i recommend going up at least one size from whatever tee shirt size you currently wear. I purchased this thinking it would add a bit of warmth when on the water, but it doesn't. when the rashguard is wet, it is just as cold as if you weren't wearing it. When fishing, i noticed that when the rash guard is dry, it can get a bit clammy on a hot day, so i just wet the shirt down whenever i start to get warm. I love the styling O'Neill used, and i'm very happy that instead of taking a half hour to apply sunscreen, i can just put this shirt on.
one of the best August 12, 2009 Abdulrahman Alshareef comfortable, feels nice, UV protection. And good design.
will buy again soon.
