Amazon.com Product Description The Invicta Men's Pro Diver Collection Chronograph Watch is designed for avid deep-sea divers, with a water resistance of 330 feet. Constructed with a stainless steel case, this durably built timepiece also includes a unidirectional stainless steel bezel, and a stainless steel link bracelet with a single-push-button-safety-fold-over clasp. A durable sapphire-coated mineral window shields the rich brown-burgundy dial face, which features silver-tone hour indexes, as well as silver dash minute indexes. The dial face also includes three dark brown chronograph subdials and a date calendar at four o'clock.Pro Diver Collection Plunge into any horizon using the steadfast guidance of the Invicta Pro Diver. Stylishly classic, internal workings are forged with variations of either Swiss chronograph or 21-jewel automatic movements and willingly navigate in depths up to 300 meters. Built with confident prowess, the fortitude with which these timepieces function makes the Pro Diver the quintessential in performance. Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.

Invicta Men's Pro Diver Chronograph Watch #5365 by Invicta March 21, 2010 Vaughn P. McDonald (Jamaica) This is a very nice watch.. Commands the ratings based on its weight, look and operation. I have no doubt in recommending this watch to a potential watch buyer.
No Instructions to set this model! March 20, 2010 Bob R. (Garland,Tx) Beware no instructions for setting this model! The instructions that came with the watch doesn't include this style. Manufacture's website doesn't have it either. Nor anywhere else on the internet. I spent over 11 hours (over several days) trying ever combination of methods known from previous watches. I could not get the day of the week dial to match date and sync seconds dial. Had to return it to Amazon.
I loved it's style though.

Description:
This is such a beautiful watch! The pictures do it no justice, it is so much more refined in person. The only problem with the face's design is that only some of the numbers for the hours are present (1,3,5,7,8,9,11) which adds to the look but detracts from the necessity. One other problem with this watch's design is the clasp, it only locks in place when all 3 pieces overlap and because of this, the strap cannot be adjusted and the clasp can be slightly difficult to close.
The watch displays the day of the month and week, the day of the month is adjustable (along with the minutes and hours) but the day of the week is not adjustable (like the seconds). The date is adjusted by pulling the crown until it clicks once and the time is adjusted by pulling the crown until it clicks twice. This makes it so that the watch can't be accidentally adjusted.
The chronograph (stopwatch) works perfectly. The long, thin second hand is actually for the chronograph and the top left mini-clock tells minutes for the chronograph. Although a strange third part of the chronograph provides a problem, an adjustable dial surrounding the face of the watch. It just gets in the way and does nothing to the chronograph.
The Watch is packaged with; two boxes, a cotton screen wipe, an Invicta watch manual, a free 1 year warranty card, and an extended warranty application program. The warranty only covers malfunctions of the watch's hands and not scratches. The manual spans over all types of Invicta watches, This can cause some confusion.
It sleeps every night February 25, 2010 Young Jin Rhee When it arrived, I was really pleased about its color and fuctions and everything. I really satisfied with this gorgeous watch. But my satisfaction did not go long. Just 5 days after I got it, it sleeps every night along with me. Every morning I wake up, it only tells around 10:40. According to INVICTA's description of this watch, its movement is quartz. But it works like a mechanic watch. I presume that they may send me a used one which worn out its battery or damaged one. I tried to fix this problem with INVICTA. But their web page says their repair shop is only one in Flolida. So I must send it to them with returing fare of [...] and wait at least 2 weeks. After I got this watch, I didn't have a chance to join outdoor activity. Thus I am very confident of this defection is not my fault and wholly due from sellers faulty treatment or its inherent defection. Why should I suffer all this hassle and additional cost. I decide to give up fixing it.
Invicta Men's Pro Diver Watch September 13, 2009 D. Darczak It is a very nice watch, great features. I bought it as a gift and my father is extremely happy with it.
